Pivlox began with a simple belief: that scent should feel like coming home. We blend and hand-pour every candle, diffuser and wax melt in small British batches, using clean waxes and perfumer-grade oils.
The result is fragrance that lingers, quietly and beautifully, through the rhythm of your day.

How long do your candles burn?
Our signature candles offer 50+ hours of clean, even burn. For the best result, let the wax melt fully to the edge on the first burn and trim the wick to 5mm each time.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Every Pivlox fragrance is made with vegan, natural wax and is never tested on animals.
How long does a reed diffuser last?
Our reed diffusers scent a room for approximately 10–12 weeks. Flip the reeds weekly to refresh the fragrance.
Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes — UK delivery is free on all orders over £40. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Get in touch and our team will help.
